My name is Sarah Smith. I am beginning my 12th year of teaching. Previously I taught in Gwinnett County and in Buford City Schools. I have experience teaching kindergarten, first grade and third grade. I completed my undergrad at Georgia College & State University. I have a Masters degree in Early Childhood Development and a Specialist degree in Curriculum & Instruction. Additionally, I am gifted certified.
My family and I moved to Dunwoody last year. I have three boys....Jude (7 1/2), Wyatt & Finn (5). We like to stay active, hike, ride bikes, and play outside!
I am excited about 2nd grade and to be part of the Austin Elementary family.
