Mrs. Woodruff’s Discipline Plan
Rules: Positive: - Students will receive notes of praise on their behavior sheets.
- Students will be able to visit the treasure box as a reward for positive behavior.
- Students will also receive stickers for positive behavior.
Consequences: - Each student has a monthly behavior sheet that is aligned to their progress reports. A verbal warning will be given if a student is not meeting a behavioral or academic requirement. After one warning, the behavior sheet will be checked under the respective category.
- If a student receives 4 or more checks in a certain category on his/her behavior sheet, he/she may receive an “N” on their progress report.
Severe Clause: Fighting, vandalism, overt defiance, or stopping class from functioning will result in an immediate office referral.
