Chicken Life Cycle WebQuest Learn about hatching chickens here! 
 
Map Quiz Games  Practice your geography skills here. Start with the fifty states, then try something harder.
Georgia Encyclopedia Read about Georgia's different regions (Appalachian Plateau, Valley and Ridge, Blue Ridge, Piedmont, and Coastal Plain) on this site. Search for information about your favorite region.
 
Two-Digit Subtraction Practice Math-Aids is a nice way to practice your regrouping at home if you can't get enough in class. Just print it out, and you or your parents can use the answer key to check your work when you're done.  :)
 
Two-Digit Addition Practice You can practice your addition here, too.
 
Read Works On this site, you can read passages and articles at your Lexile Level. Take the quiz after you read, and you'll get 10 tickets for a 100%.
 
The Preamble of the U.S. Constitution -In honor of Constitution Day, memorize the opening words to the United States' most important document, and earn 30 tickets.
 
 
Merriam-Webster Dictionary is a great and quick way to look up words.

KidRex is perfect if you're looking for a safe way to surf the web.

IXL is a great site where you can practice specific math skills! Your login information can be found at the back of your agenda.

Xtra Math is a good place to practice so that you'll be super speedy with your facts. If you'd like access to XtraMath, see Miss Christensen.

Reflex Math is another site to help make you a fast mathematician. Click "Launch" on the top right corner to play and remember: your login information is in your agenda.

BrainPOP, Jr. is a place where you can watch educational videos on individual skills, test knowledge, and play games.

RazKids is an amazing website where you can practice books on your reading level. 

Spelling City has some great ways to study those spelling words and it is also an app for your tablet. Here, you can play games with your spelling words, have the computer teach them your words, or take a "practice" test.

Tumble Books is a great resource where you can hear books read aloud. Ask Miss Christensen or a friend for the login information if you've forgotten.

NewsELA is a fun site where you can read news articles at your Lexile Level. Your login information should be written at the front of your agenda.
 
 

Time for Kids is a super website where kids can read-up on news from around the world.

Scholastic News is like Time for Kids: there are tons of great articles. You wonder if there's a difference between Scholastic and Time for Kids? There are also many interviews with famous children's book authors featured on Scholastic.

DOGO News is just another cool site where kids can check up on world happenings. There are also a lot of book reviews and giveaways that you can enter (with your parents' permission!) to win free books.

Scoot Pad is the ultimate way to master math and reading skills. Self-paced and personalized practice keeps kids engaged & challenged (usernames and passwords will be located in your child's agenda). If you have a tablet at home, you can download the app.
