My name is Amy Riordan and I am excited to be your Kindergarten teacher for the 2020-2021 school year! This is my fifth year teaching at Austin, and my 20th overall. I spent 12 years teaching in Cobb County and three years teaching preschool in Dunwoody. I grew up in Dunwoody, graduated from DHS (listening to Ryan Seacrest do the morning announcements) and I am a proud Georgia Bulldog! My husband, Ryan, and I have a son in eighth grade at Chamblee and a daughter in sixth grade at Peachtree. In my spare time, I love to read, crosstitch, play with my kids and dog, and hang out at the lake (it's my happy place).
