Austin Elementary School Council Call for Nominations

Austin Elementary School Council currently has three outgoing parent representatives this year. Elections to replace these parent representatives will take place Wed, April 12 through Fri, April 14 from 7:30am - 3:30pm each day.
Local School Councils bring schools and communities together to solve education problems, improve academic achievement, provide support for teachers and administrators, and bring parents into the decision-making process.
If you would like to nominate someone to serve, including yourself, please turn in your nomination to the front office. Nominations should include a short (100 words or less) biographical paragraph and reason why nominee would make a good parent representative.
All nominations are due by 7:00am on Tue, April 11 and will be posted on the bulletin board outside of the office and on the Austin Elementary website, as they come in.
