Early Learning Center-P3 Expansion
Beginning January 2024, families of eligible children residing in the DeKalb County
School District can apply for a seat at the Early Learning Center - P3 expansion class
site in their zoned/home school area. Each expansion class will have a total of 15
available seats. Scan the QR Code to view the required documents you will need to
apply in person on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 10:00 am, at your home/zoned ELC
expansion class site. Note: The limited seats are awarded on a first-come, first served basis.
All documents must be present at registration. No spots can be held for missing documents.

Required Documents:
- Child’s birth certificate (Note: Newly enrolled P3 students must be three years old on or before September 1, 2023)
- Child's social security card or waiver
- Current utility bill (water, electric, and/or gas) in the name of parent/guardian
- Form 3231 - Certificate of Immunization Form
- Form 3300 - Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition Form
- Identification card of parent/guardian
- Proof of custody or guardianship if not the birth parent. In the case of agent grandparents, as per O.C.G.A. §19-9120 et seq., a copy of the Power of Attorney document that is in the substantially same form as provided in O.C.G.A. §19-9-129(b)-(c), and proof of the parent's stated hardship.
