Welcome to the Six Flags® Read to Succeed Six Hour Reading Club!

In 2018-'19, 280 students and teachers were awarded free tickets to Six Flags Over Georgia for their participation!  Tickets were sent home via TIP in May 2019.

Deadline to turn in 6-hour reading log for 2019-'20:  TBD

To participate, you need to read for fun for a total of six hours or 360 minutes. You can read books, magazines, newspapers, eBooks or comic books. Reading for homework or a class assignment does NOT count.

Use the log sent home in TIP on (TBD) Thursday, December 13, 2018, (or print from link on this page) to keep track of all your reading. List what you read and the time you spend reading (attach a piece of paper to the reading log if necessary). Have a parent or teacher initial this log.

When you reach the goal, return this log to Austin school librarian Mrs. Kossak by the date listed above in order to qualify for a free ticket to a Six Flags® theme park. Your ticket will be given to you by your teacher/coordinator in May.

Free admission ticket is valid only at Six Flags Over Georgia® theme park on select dates during the current season. Dates will be included on the tickets. Late entries will not be accepted...turn in your completed, signed reading log as soon as you reach your six hours!  Don't wait until the last day!
